520 Pastry Sheeter

This EuroBake Pastry Sheeter offers simplicity to dough and pastry sheeting. It is manually controlled, with roller direction easily reversed with either foot or hand controls.

The dough thickness handgrip has a locking scale with an adjustable final thickness stopper.

It is fitted with interlocked guards to both sides of the machine to ensure operator safety.

Removable scrappers provide for easy cleaning.

One of the most unique features of this sheeter is that it offers a single line tracking system in order to eliminate belt wander.

At the end of the day the unit can be simply moved about on its wheels, the belts folded up and away allowing more room in the bakery and for cleaning around the machine.
