Rack Oven

Introducing our new range of rack ovens, by Sveba Dahlen. Designed to meet the requirements of large volume baking, these ovens incorporate Sveba Dahlen’s patented IBS rack rotation system, and gas and oil models are designed in accordance with the counter flow principle, to improve the quality and economy of your bake.
