| The P6 is a fully automatic, extremely reliable machine used to knead all types of flour and drum wheat. It is capable of producing up to 18kg of pasta per hour, and is especially recommended for producing short pasta and rolled pasta.
It is constructed completely of durable stainless steel, and is compliant with current European and New Zealand safety standards.
With cleaning and maintenance in mind, this machine has been designed with an easily dismantled stainless steel shaft.
This machine is very flexible, and is able to be fitted with dies to produce all kinds of pasta on request. It is also fitted with a variable speed automatic pasta cutter, with stainless steel blade.
Optional additions to this machine include a Water Cooled extrusion head, and the Ravioli and Gnocchi groups.
