520S-BSL Pastry Brake

This EuroBake Pastry Brake offers simplicity to dough and pastry sheeting and is good for bakeries with confined spaces. This is essentially the same machine as the pastry sheeter but without belts.

It is manually controlled, with roller direction easily reversed by pressing the switch on either side of the machine.

The dough thickness handgrip has a locking scale with an adjustable final thickness stopper.

It is fitted with interlocked guards to both sides of the machine to ensure operator safety.

Removable scrappers provide for easy cleaning.

After use, the stainless steel tables can be folded up to provide more bench space for further processes.
