Semi Automatic Bun Divider

The EuroBake 30 piece semi-automatic divider has been one of our favourites for years, offering durability and reliability, at a reasonable price. It has an oil filled operating bath (no springs) of which the thrust can be set to allow for the ultimate in rounding. There is an independent weight gauge for easy weight adjustment. This machine is fitted with a counterweight lever, to maintain the operator bar in a vertical position when not in use. Tin blades are fitted to this machine, both to prevent dough sticking and corrosion. It is supplied with three moulding plates.
